By accessing and using TheShaadiClub ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this Service.

2. Fee Structure & Payment Information

  • Covers manual profile verification, photo authentication, and profile curation
  • Grants you access to our matching services
  • IMPORTANT: You can create your profile NOW and pay this fee LATER. There is no rush to pay immediately.
  • You have full flexibility to pay when you're ready to proceed with introductions

  • One-time fee per profile charged only when the marriage is fixed
  • No success fee is charged at the profile creation stage
  • You maintain complete control over platform usage and spending
  • IMPORTANT: Success fee applies only after a successful marriage outcome

3. User Eligibility & Responsibilities

  • Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • All information provided must be truthful, accurate, and non-fraudulent.
  • By submitting photos, you confirm you have the legal right to use and share them.
  • Permission is granted to TheShaadiClub to display photos to verified matches as part of the service.

4. Payment Policy

Application Fee:

  • One-time non-refundable fee per marriage profile
  • No refunds are provided under this policy

Success Fee:

  • One-time fee per profile charged when the marriage is fixed
  • No refunds are provided under this policy

Chargeback & Payment Disputes:

  • If a cardholder initiates a chargeback or payment dispute, TheShaadiClub may provide relevant records to the card network, bank, Stripe, and other payment providers.
  • These records may include acceptance and acknowledgment of these Terms & Conditions, account activity, and payment records.

5. Profile Verification & Content Standards

  • TheShaadiClub reserves the right to reject, suspend, or delete profiles that violate our standards.
  • Profiles must not contain: fake information, misleading photos, sexual content, hate speech, or harassment.
  • Rejection of an application is final.
  • TheShaadiClub is not responsible for disputes between users regarding profile authenticity after approval.

6. Privacy & Data Usage

  • Your personal data and photos are stored securely in Supabase with encryption.
  • Photos are shared only with verified individuals we introduce to you.
  • Your profile is NEVER displayed publicly - only our team sees it during matching.
  • TheShaadiClub will never sell or publicly display your data.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from:

  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or staff.
  • Attempting to scam, defraud, or manipulate other users or payment systems.
  • Scraping, copying, or using platform data for unauthorized purposes.
  • Creating fake or duplicate accounts.
  • Sharing other users' private information without consent.
  • Requesting money or resources from other users outside the platform.

Violations will result in immediate account suspension with no reinstatement.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • TheShaadiClub makes no guarantees of finding a match or marriage compatibility.
  • We are not responsible for personal disputes, fraud, or dishonesty between users.
  • TheShaadiClub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • TheShaadiClub's total liability for any damages is limited to the amount paid for services.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • Disputes between users are handled privately and are not TheShaadiClub's responsibility.
  • Disputes regarding payments or fees will be mediated through Stripe or arbitration.
  • Any legal action must be filed in a court of competent jurisdiction in California, USA.

10. Account Termination & Data Deletion

  • You may request account deletion at any time through your dashboard.
  • TheShaadiClub may terminate accounts for violation of these terms.
  • Upon deletion, all personally identifiable information is removed within 30 days.
  • All images are permanently deleted from our servers upon account deletion.
  • Payment obligations remain governed by these terms.

11. Changes to Terms

TheShaadiClub reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of updated terms.
